Depending on the amount of work ahead of you, please expect up to 4 - 6 weeks for your order, especially if it is a larger or more complex order.
We generally beat this timeframe but each cable is made by hand and that takes time.
Smaller orders are usually shipped within two weeks.
Unfortunately, our days of making custom, 1 of 1 builds are long gone.
Sure we do! Please email email@example.com to get an international shipping quote.
G & H (gold plated), Squareplug and Switchcraft hardware are used in the majority of cables and leads that we make.
We offer a variety of TRS (stereo) connectors to fit every situation.
Neutrik connectors are used in two of our builds: as an optional speakON connector in the Speaker Decker and as a rugged RCA connector used in the Analog Decker.
Techflex is the colored sheath material that is utilized in all of our builds.
Kester Solder is used in all of our US orders.
We follow RoHS guidelines to comply with RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU for CE Compliance.
All orders sent to countries that are RoHS compliant are manufactured using Kester Lead-Free Solder.
We have always used Mogami Cable for every lead / cable that we make. Mogami strictly uses pure oxygen-free copper to delivery the best signal possible.
The sound quality of every one of our products is guaranteed for life.
If you experience an audio problem with any product, this item may be repaired, replaced or the customer will be refunded, at the discretion of Ray Raydecker, LLC.
Each unique wood housing undergoes multiple layers of coating to protect the hand-painted portion of your lead.
Unfortunately, the artwork on the hand-painted housings cannot be guaranteed.
Strat style guitars tend to have a sunken input jack. If you plan on plugging the wood housing end into your strat, it will most likely be too bulky to fit.
We have found that the wood housing end tends to ‘fit’ better when put directly into your pedal board or your amplifier.
The wood housing end generally fits well when plugged directly into telecaster style guitars or instruments that have an input jack on the bottom or front of the body, rather than a sunken input jack.
In addition, we have found that straight (non-wood housing) ends work best on strats. Right angle ends do not fit well on sunken input jacks.
We offer tele right angles which raise the right angle so one can use a right angle connector with a telecaster style input jack. They are awesome.
